Vegan Keto Breakfast Recipe Round Up!

So you have decided that you are going to try this whole vegan keto thing out. But what are you going to have for breakfast? Pancakes? Granola? Hash browns? Start your day off right and let me take the mystery out of it. I've rounded up my top ten quick, easy, and tasty vegan keto breakfast options that will keep you going until lunch!

1. Chia Please! Pudding

This recipe is near & dear to my heart! It is one of the first recipes that I put on my blog and even right now as I type this I have two jars of chia seed pudding hanging out in my fridge. 

2. Creamy Keto Cinnamon Smoothie

Be still my shake loving heart! This smoothie is brought to you by The Keto Diet App and uses full fat coconut milk for a rich and decedent breakfast. I love anything cinnamon and add it to my puddings, smoothies, and bakes. 

3. Maple Walnut Noatmeal

Neurotic Mommy  brings us this warm & cozy noameal recipe with nutrient dense hemp hearts, flax, chia, and also tags in my favorite new sweetener, monk fruit. I sub out the maple syrup for this maple extract to get the maple syrup flavor without the sugar. 

4. Grain Free Granola

Here is where my cinnamon addiction comes in again. How am I supposed to get over it when Ditch The Carbs comes up with toasty, and warm recipes like this one. Sugar free, loaded with healthy fats, hearty protein and cozy flavors. I love the addition of pumpkin seeds, which I have recently started using. Find out my favorite pumpkin seeds here!

 5. Spaghetti Squash Tots

Let move on to some savory breakfasts, shall we? I have finally mastered spaghetti squash and this recipe is so easy! Consider making a double batch and freeze some for later. 

6. Tofu Scramble

Nothing says vegan more than a classic tofu scramble. My favorite thing to do is pair it with Herbivore Post's Keto Bagels, avocado slices and hot sauce. YUM!

7. Vanilla Keto Protein Shake

When my mornings get busy, and I need something filling, nutrient dense, and easy transported with me to work or my kiddo's volleyball games. This vanilla protein shake made with Vega Essentials Vanilla protein powder is my go-to pick. There are so way ways that you can make it. Sprinkle with cocao nibs, shredded coconut, or hemp hearts!

8. Low Carb Vegan Pancakes

This one comes from my recipe developing hero, Liz, from Meat Free Keto! We like to bond over ferments and I like to drool over her yummy food picks and dedication to simple, easy vegan keto recipes. She has been in the vegan keto game a long time and I aspire to know half of what she does! She has been working on the perfect vegan keto pancake and I'm pretty sure this is it!

9. Green Coffee Shake

Greens and coffee? Yes, way! This recipe from Healthful Pursuit only has 5 ingredients and loads of delicious fats, and duh of course coffee! All my favorite things in one delicious and energizing breakfast!
